The Liberty Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team and support apartment communities in the area.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on apartment units, amenities, and common areas
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues
Complete work orders efficiently and maintain detailed records of completed tasks
Prepare vacant units for new move-ins (make-ready)
Ensure all safety and maintenance standards are met
Requirements:
Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must have your own basic tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
