Crew Property Improvement Specialists is looking for highly qualified maintenance repair technicians. We are an award winning, very successful home repair company specializing in realtor inspection sheet repairs, so if you like variety in your day, this is the job for you. This is a full time, Monday thru Friday 830-5/6pm job. No weekends or late nights. Pay commensurate with experience and skills, but likely in the $22-$32/hr range.
Prospective candidate MUST:
1) Be highly-skilled in carpentry repairs (exterior trim and siding, etc.), and also minor electrical and plumbing repairs, and drywall repairs and other maintenance skills.
2) Have completely dependable transportation (preferably truck) and be capable of carrying ladders and just about any materials in/on your vehicle. Must have all the tools needed for the above repairs.
3) Have at least FIVE years of verifiable experience in all above phases of home repair/remodeling.
