Looking for a Sub Contractor resurfacing technician position, all you have to do is show up to already scheduled work and only focus on those jobs and do high quality work? We handle most everything like, scheduling, you get paid every Friday, getting customers etc. I am looking for high quality people who WANT TO WORK, who WANT TO MAKE LOTS OF MONEY and who can COMMUNICATE, DO HIGH QUALITY WORK. Our schedule is M-F 9-5 (depending how your day goes) with weekends off. We are a 1 owner company from Dallas Texas and spreading into Indiana. Right now we cover as high as Monticello, Muncie and low as Bloomington. I am looking to spread farther out as well. We resurface multi unit properties ie: apartment complexes etc. We resurface their tubs, tiles, countertops and cabinets & sometimes paint cabinet boxes and install cabinet fronts as well. Once hired we help pay for everything you need to get started, from then on you will have a paint bill every week until paid off. You MUST HAVE: dependable vehicle, willing/want to work, professional attitude, trustworthy and COMMUNICATE with a working cell phone that can Call, Email and Text. This job honestly is up to you how much you make, an avg is $1200-$2500+ a WEEK. You can defiantly make lots more. We train you how to properly do what we do and you get paid training as well. Training, expect with no experience 4-6 weeks paid training. With experience, depends how much experience and when the trainer thinks your ready. This is NOT work just in Indianapolis, you will travel all around central Indiana with the exceptions of going further out if needed.
Must be able to pass a drug & background test
HVLP spraying (highly preferred) and preparation experience
