We are a very well established roofing company looking to hire a Roofing Technician for repairs, flashing, completed roof inspections, shingle roofing, metal roofing, rubber roofing, etc.. on Very Large & Steep residential custom homes in Indianapolis and surrounding counties. This is a Full-Time Year-Round position that offers as many Over-Time hours as you can handle with future advancement opportunities available. We are looking for someone who is self motivated and very attentive to detail and must possess the desire to do the very best work possible. Job Requirements/Expectations:

*Valid Driver's License
*Reliable Transportation
*Must have your own basic hand tools (nail apron, hammer, knife, tin snips, ect...)
*Must have a cell phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
*Must be able to work Monday - Friday
*Drug Free
*Look clean and presentable for customers
*Have at least 2 years of residential roofing installation experience
*Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees
*Must be highly energetic, self-motivated with a passion to succeed.
*Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 100 pounds unassisted
*Must be able to climb ladders, bend, stand, sit, crawl, climb, and lift throughout each day
*Able to work outside in all types of weather
