We are seeking a Skilled Carpenter with 5+ years of experience who can handle a wide range of carpentry tasks with precision and expertise. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on building environment. You'll play a key role in our construction projects by executing high-quality work, problem-solving on the job site, and collaborating with our team to ensure each project meets our standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of custom carpentry, including framing, trim work, and finish carpentry
Work on high-end outdoor structures such as pergolas, decks, and pavilions
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans
Accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials to project specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve construction challenges efficiently
Ensure job sites are safe, organized, and compliant with company and state safety regulations
Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience is preferred (applicants with all levels of experience will be considered)
Proficiency in framing, trim work, and finish carpentry
Ability to read blueprints and work with technical drawings
Experience using power tools, hand tools, and other construction equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle use)
Abilitv to lift 50+ Ibs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Commitment to craftsmanship, professionalism, and workplace safety
