Hallmark Builders & Home Services is growing fast! We're a local, client-focused team specializing in home renovations, custom builds, and property maintenance. We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated Tradesman to join our crew and help us tackle exciting projects across Indianapolis. What You'll Do:
Handle billable service calls on client properties: repairs, installations, framing, drywall, painting, basic plumbing/electrical (under supervision if needed), and more.
Work independently on job sites— with tools, materials, and clear instructions (blueprints, specs, etc.), and you run with it.
Collaborate with the team lead (me!) when I'm on-site, or solo when I'm out bidding new jobs or sourcing supplies.
Keep sites clean, safe, and on schedule to wow our clients and keep the work flowing.
Who We're Looking For:
Above entry-level: Minimal 1-2 years experience in construction, carpentry, or home services. Bonus if you've handled full builds or remodels solo.
Self-Starter: Motivated hustler who shows up on time, communicates clearly, and doesn't need micromanaging. Can you take an address, a blueprint, and turn it into a finished project in 2-4 months? That's the gold standard—we reward it!
Reliable & Positive: Valid driver's license, basic tools (we provide the rest), drug-free, and ready to pass a background check.
Growth-Minded: This isn't just a gig. Top performers move up fast—think lead roles, crew management, and $30-40/hr potential next year as we expand.
