Position: Safety and Compliance Associate
Qualifications:
✅Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations.
✅Experience in trucking, logistics, or fleet safety (1–2 years preferred).
✅Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
✅Ability to conduct safety training and write reports.
✅Ability to work independently during scheduled hours.
Key Duties:
- Monitor DOT/FMCSA safety compliance
- Conduct safety audits and inspections
- Investigate incidents and maintain reports
- Provide safety training to staff
- Maintain driver qualification and safety records
- Support insurance claims and audits
- Promote a proactive safety culture
