Our client, a prominent organization in data management, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Data Administration team supporting various functional groups. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and highly dependable, aligning well with the organization’s standards.Job Title: Administrative AssistantLocation: South BendPay : $16.00What’s the Job?

Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.

Detect errors by verifying procedures and make changes as instructed.

Transcribe data from source material into a computer-compatible format.

Proo and edit own work; determine letter and report formats.

Provide key support for functional groups by compiling data, preparing reports, processing documents, and maintaining records.

Detailed-oriented with the ability to follow defined standard output and procedures.

Ability to work independently, with team support available for questions.

Dependability and ability to exercise independent judgment.

Experience in maintaining records, compiling data, and making standard calculations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reasoning skills.
