You will leverage your manufacturing experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented production employees. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to driving safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in Honeywell Aerospace's Urbana production facility. Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.Key Responsibilities
Directly supervise production operators
Drive productivity improvements
Enforce compliance with work instructions, policies, and procedures
Drive culture of continuous improvement
Employee coaching and development
Resource management in a dynamic environment
Talent management
Review quality output and coach team improvements
Collaborate with internal customers and cross-functional teams
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma
2-4 years of manufacturing experience
WE VALUE
2 year associates degree
Experience with meter, gage, instrumentation, calibration
Experience with SAP software a plus
Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment
Conveys information with clarity and directness
Some relevant leadership experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to consistently take initiative to get things done
