I am looking for hourly help with maintenance on my 90+ rental properties and flips I manage. My company name is SB Rental Management LLC but we don't work with the public. Just manage in house rental properties and flips. Working Hours M-F 8-6 Depending on weather and tenant schedule. Full time or Part time available. 20-25/hr
Job description
Work alone or in a small team performing repairs to siding, decks, electric, plumbing, drywall, windows, doors etc
Respond to work orders and interact with tenants.
Requirements and Experience
Basic knowledge of construction required. Some experience with mechanicals, drywall, framing, landscaping etc is a plus. MUST be drug free (not including Marijuana)
