Job description
Work alone or in a team performing repairs to siding, decks, electric, plumbing, drywall, windows, doors etc
Respond to work orders and interact with tenants.
Experience
Basic knowledge of construction required. Experience with mechanicals, drywall, framing, landscaping etc is a plus.

-ability to work outside on a ladder
