You need to live in Lafayette, IN or the surrounding area. Your starting pay will be based on your construction experience ( minimum $30,000 yearly). You will receive periodic raises based on your job performance. You need to have some basic construction skills but we provide all of the crawlspace specific training. You need to have a dependable vehicle, a non-restricted drivers license and a good job history and references.
