Do you like to talk on the phone, but the people you talk to are usually boring? Perfect! We have a bunch of strangers for you to talk to. Who can even predict what kind of nutcases--and sweet, lovely people--you can encounter every day.
Gwendolyn Property Management, LLC manages apartments and is rapidly expanding with purchases of single family homes. All work for this position is done from home.
Schedule availability is somewhat flexible within weekday mornings, afternoons and/or evenings & possibly Sunday 4-7PM. Twenty hours to start right away. Full-time available for the right person. MUST HAVE VERIFIABLE COLD CALL EXPERIENCE.
We run a very professional, clean operation and have very high standards for ourselves and others. Buying houses and filling apartment vacancies are part of our business, as are the general office activities of any business.

A) Single Family Business
i) Using Mojo to automatically dial three numbers simultaneously.

iii) Follow up with interested people and make friends with them.
B) Online real estate research
C) Authoring articles for our website (not a requirement)

Skills needed:
a) Outstanding phone skills, having empathy and building excellent rapport
b) Ability to work unsupervised for long periods of time
c) Ability to get things done start to finish. Period.
Equipment needed:
Smart phone w/ awesome signal in your house
OR a portable landline phone
OR an internet connection with < 50 ms latency and <30 ms jitter
PC, preferably running Windows
Brain
Advantages to this work-from-home position:
a) Some flexibility in what hours you work
b) No need to spend time or gasoline commuting somewhere
c) Work in your slippers. Or your underwear. Or both. Or neither. Or a gorilla suit.
d) No boss hovering over you, micromanaging everything you do

Disadvantages to position:
a) Very few people can work at home, away from the busy environment of the work place. Too many distractions.
b) See a. That's a big one.
Start off on a 1099 with a possible transition to W-2 employee after 90 days. Benefits negotiable at that time.
