We are a growing HVAC company expanding our services to the Des Moines and Story City areas. We’re seeking to hire skilled HVAC Technician contractors to join our team for a heating and cooling system installation project. Immediate start available! We offer competitive pay at $30/hour.

Pay: $30/hour
Start: Immediate (This is a contract opportunity with the potential to lead to full time)
Responsibilities:
Install, repair HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
Diagnose issues and provide solutions
Ensure proper installation according to safety and code requirements
Collaborate with team members for efficient work completion
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of HVAC experience
Proficient in installing and servicing HVAC equipment (furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
EPA Certification preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
