Job Title: Machine OperatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Machine Operator with a solid working knowledge of labeler operations. You will be responsible for performing filler and filler line changeovers, making necessary adjustments, preparing equipment for size changes, and ensuring the accuracy of product labels. This role involves analyzing process and equipment performance data to improve quality and throughput while monitoring packaging for consistency.Responsibilities
Operate and maintain labelers, ensuring smooth operation and preventing downtime due to jams.
Perform safe and efficient filler and filler line changeovers, adjusting filler timing and filling as needed.
Prepare equipment for the next production run, including making necessary size changes.
Analyze process data and equipment performance data to troubleshoot issues and improve quality and throughput.
Monitor weights, seals, caps, and general packaging of products to ensure compliance with standards.
Prepare case labels and review product labels for accuracy, ensuring boxes and bottles are correctly coded.
Essential Skills
1+ years of machine operating experience.
6+ months of experience using a tape measure.
6+ months of computer operation experience.
Mechanically inclined, preferably with experience working on cars or other equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with general production, forklift operation, packaging, and inspection.
Ability to use hand tools effectively.

The environment can be loud. Blending roles require working outside year-round, climbing on railcars, and attaching large hoses to railcars. Packaging roles are indoors, with hot conditions in summer and normal temperatures in winter. Responsibilities include inspecting packaging machines, making minor adjustments, and performing lock out tag out procedures. The team size is approximately 90 people per shift. The dress code includes shorts or jeans, a clean work shirt, and steel toe (or composite) shoes. Shifts include A/B from 6:45 AM to 6:45 PM, C/D from 6:45 PM to 6:45 AM, days from 6:30 AM to 3 PM (Mon-Fri), nights from 10:30 PM to 7 AM (Sun-Thurs), and mids from 2:30 PM to 11 PM (Mon-Fri).
