Evaluate and provide feedback on new technology solutions

Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Experience with presenting information to an audience (dealers, customers, management)
Familiarity with one or more of the following systems: grade management, surveying, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally
What Makes You Stand Out
Knowledge of John Deere dealer channel.
Knowledge of construction products, customers, markets and competitors.
Surveying experience and/or experience working with Topcon and/or Trimble offboard equipment.
Construction equipment operation experience.
Knowledge of Learning and Development (ADDIE) process including areas such as instructional skills, presentation skills, needs assessments, adult learning theory, curriculum development and other such related knowledge and skills.
EducationIdeally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor's degree in a Technical, Engineering, Construction Management, or Marketing discipline.
