TheDepartment of Administrative Services (DAS) Print Services Enterpriseis seeking anAdministrative Assistant Ito support the daily operations of our dynamic print services team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our print production runs smoothly, our customers receive top-notch service, and our operations stay efficient. Operational Support:Assist the DAS Print Manager with program management, providing advice on work processes, systems revisions, and goal tracking.
Order Management:Accurately record, route, and track incoming print orders, working directly with agencies to clarify and meet their specific needs.
Vendor Coordination:Decide when to process orders in-house or outsource, handling bids for external finishing services and ensuring timely job completion.
Customer Service:Serve as a point of contact for DAS Print, providing information, resolving conflicts, and assisting with order entry and print recommendations.
Data and Reporting:Gather, analyze, and report on performance metrics to ensure the timely delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
Inventory and Supplies Management:Manage supply orders and track inventory, ensuring that production is always fully stocked and equipped to meet demand.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, with the ability to work well with internal teams and external customers
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving
Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems is a plus
Knowledge of copyright restrictions

Current, continuous experience in the state executive branch that includes experience equal to 12 months of full-time work as a Secretary 2, Clerk Specialist, Public Service Supervisor, Accounting Technician (any level), Purchasing Assistant, or Human Resources Technical Assistant
