In this critical role, you will serve as a trusted partner to the leadership team, providing proactive and strategic support to ensure their success in driving initiatives. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for multiple leaders and for these critical functions; managing calendars & inboxes, scheduling meetings, handling all administrative tasks efficiently. Proactively anticipate needs and provide strategic support to the leadership team, including preparing meeting materials, managing inquiries, agendas/minutes as well as meeting logistics, and multi-tasking assignments and deadlines. Coordinate and facilitate communication between those supported and various stakeholders, both internally and externally. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, always maintaining a high level of professionalism.
