Job DescriptionWork Arrangement:This role is based remotely, but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Pontiac, Milford or Mountain View, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.The Role:The HR Technology and Operations (HRTO) team manages strategy, operations, and governance of various HR applications such as Workday HCM and delivers end to end HR solutions for our business. You will be part of a team that is responsible to deliver configuration in support of projects, enhancements and issues in Workday and related functional areas. Additionally, this team also provides tier-2 support for end users.We are seeking a skilled and innovative Automation Analyst to join our team. The Automation Analyst will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process automation, designing and implementing automation solutions, and continuously improving existing automated processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging automation technologies to drive operational efficiency and productivity.This role will involve collaborating, influencing, and working effectively with cross functional partners such as IT, CoEs, Global Business Solutions (GBS), HR business partners and other business functions to configure, troubleshoot, test and deploy configuration in HR technologies (including Workday); this role will require working flexible hours to accommodate Global stakeholders and projects when needed.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize processes that can benefit from automation.

Analyze existing processes to identify areas for automation, efficiency improvements, and cost savings.

Design and develop automation solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies.

Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the potential impact and return on investment of automation initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop automation workflows, and implement solutions.

Configure and customize automation tools to meet specific business needs and requirements.

Test and validate automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

Monitor and maintain automated processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.

Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of automated processes.

Stay up-to-date with emerging automation technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Continuously evaluate and improve existing automated processes to optimize performance and efficiency.

Additional Job DescriptionExperience:

3+ years of configuration/automation experience

Strong technical skills, including proficiency in automation tools and technologies (e.g., Robotic Process Automation, Workflow Automation, Scripting).

Experience in technologies like Workday, WalkMe, Automation Anywhere are a plus

Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and process documentation.

Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving operational efficiency through automation.

Excellent public presentation, design judgment, situational judgement, consulting, learning agility, quality orientation, end-to-end process management, process improvement and timely problem solving skills

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices

Experience of working in an agile project delivery environment is a plus

Compensation:

The expected base compensation for this role is $83,800 – $133,900 USD Annually.

Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
