The Strategic Initiatives Consultant for Technology will serve in a key, high-profile role accountable for the execution, shaping, and ongoing monitoring of a comprehensive Technology division roadmap. This individual will establish the governance, planning, and operational processes necessary to drive successful delivery of division priorities and enterprise technology initiatives. Leveraging expertise in technology strategy, program management, process improvement, data analysis, and business planning, this role will translate complex information into actionable insights that enable informed decision-making and measurable progress. The consultant will proactively analyze operational and strategic data, identify trends, risks, opportunities, and dependencies, and provide recommendations that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and value delivery across the Technology division. The Strategic Initiatives Consultant for Technology will be instrumental in identifying, developing, prioritizing, and implementing initiatives that advance Technology's strategic objectives, modernize capabilities, improve operational performance, and support Wellmark's corporate strategy and business outcomes.
