You will lead this work in a collaborative and highly matrixed environment, partnering with various areas of the Health Services department, product teams, Technology division, vendor stakeholders and more. You will serve as the Agile leader of a team that supports system automation, system configuration, and business validation. This collaborative approach ensures objectives, expected deliverables, and goals are achieved. You will lead and support product team members through their development and success, while removing barriers that may arise for the team.
