Looking for an organized and Hilton experience Hotel General Manager for limited service dual property location.
Qualifications
Associates Degree (AA) and three to four years experience or Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university and two years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to understand, interpret, develop and manipulate accounting concepts
Experience with a hotel preferred
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.).
Develop and manage the hotel's budget and financial plans.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
