I'm a real estate investor doing a number fix and flip projects per month in and around Des Moines IA. The perfect candidate is #1: Highly reliable, available, and able to show up when scheduled. #2: Skilled in the area of home improvement and remodeling.
Skills should include, drywall, painting, trim and door, windows, flooring, light electrical, light plumbing. Candidate must have their own tools as non will be provided and reliable transportation. Pay starts at $30+ an hour, and can vary based on experience and efficiency. Contract position, (part time to full time depending on project), no employer benefits provided.
Incentives and bonuses available per project based on speed of completion and quality of work.
