We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Advertising Coordinator to join our team in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and tracking of advertising campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires strong communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate advertising campaigns from concept to completionAssist in preparing marketing materials, timelines, and media schedulesCollaborate with creative teams, account managers, and vendors to ensure campaign deliverables are metMonitor and report on campaign performance and effectivenessMaintain organized records of advertising contracts, budgets, and invoicesEnsure consistency of branding and messaging across campaignsSupport senior marketing staff with research, competitive analysis, and presentation development
