The Program Director has ultimate accountability for the successful delivery of assigned programs and projects, where success is defined as on schedule, on budget, within the approved scope, with a high degree of quality, and a satisfied clientand.nbsp; The Program Director serves as the main point of contact with the client and provides overall leadership across Black Box s multiple organizations to successfully deliver to our clientsand.nbsp; In this role, the Program Director is responsible for revenue forecasting, client profitability, cost, quality, and schedule managementand.nbsp; An expert level understanding of project fundamentals, such as project financial management, client and subcontractor invoicing, status reporting, work plan management, scope management, issue .and.amp; risk management, and communication management is essentialand.nbsp; Client relationship development, business development, and/or account management responsibilities are expected within this role; therefore, having a consultative approach to the client is required. The Program Director typically is an active participant in program steering committees representing Black Boxand.nbsp; The Program Director may also provide leadership and support to other project management professionals within Black Box, both within his/her assigned programs as well as across the broader Black Box PM community. Additionally, the Program Director is responsible for mentoring Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers on PM fundamentals and toolsand.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; The Program Director typically will have a strong project and program management background, will have a minimum of 10 years of project management experience, and will have managed a minimum of 3 projects with a revenue value of $5M eachand.nbsp; The Program Director will be viewed as a thought leader within Black Box and will have P.and.amp;L Responsibility for assigned programsand.nbsp; Projects or programs assigned to the Program Director will tend to be large and complex, with a higher degree of riskand.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Black Box is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
