6+ years of overall Operational experience with Telecom Business Support Systems
Experience on Sprint billing systems - Ensemble, NOR, EAI
Experience on billing systems - Samson and Amdocs
Experience with frontline systems like EUI, Tapestry, Atlas, T-Mo App, Dash
Experience in Retail & Care business
Experience with Customer Information (CHUB) domain
Experience with Network provision systems (NPE) like - IAM, DBNG, DND, Comptel
Experience with Boost
Operations Experience with Telecom Billing /VAS systems
Strong Communication & presentation skills
Strong Analytical skills
Responsibilities:
Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for issues and document the findings.
Defect management from ticket initialization and closeout per SLA.
Support, triage and troubleshoot differing environment issues (Staging, Pre-production, Production) as needed, including system connectivity and communication protocols.
Solving some of the most difficult problems where root cause seems to be alluding
Evaluating and adopting best practices to solve problems.
Working with various stakeholders Technical Product Managers and Architects, Software development, and Operations teams to identify root causes of the issues/defects and timeline on fixes.
Communicate/Escalate to stakeholders about business impact, SLA breach, and path to resolution.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
