GSI Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager with a background in technology partnership development. The ideal candidate will have experience in cultivating strategic partnerships within the technology sector, particularly with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). Responsibilities:

Developing and executing partnership strategy focused on driving revenue growth through technology alliances, with a particular emphasis on GSIs .

Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing potential partners based on strategic fit, market opportunities, and revenue potential.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, including executive leadership, sales, and technical teams.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and engineering, to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Driving the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, including joint go-to-market strategies, co-selling opportunities, and revenue-sharing arrangements.

Tracking and analyzing partnership performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize partnership outcomes.

Serving as a subject matter expert on contact center, CX, and collaboration solutions, providing guidance and support to partners.

Qualifications:

Ten years of experience in bus dev, partnership management, or strategic alliances.

Understand contact center, customer experience (CX), and collaboration technologies, with the ability to articulate value propositions and technical capabilities.

Manage relationships with Global Systems Integrators ( GSIs), resulting in significant revenue growth and market expansion.

Develop and execute complex partnership strategies in a dynamic environment.

Manage business development activities by traveling to meet with partners, and attending industry events.

The candidate must possess a knowledge of Acxiom processes for the products they support and of the processes and requirements of partners where required which may include working within different CDP or onboarding platforms. The DCM oversees the daily operation of campaigns and the teams that support them, acting as the quarterback to ensure the timely and quality delivery of digital solutions including, for example, online display advertising, addressable television advertising, and closed-loop campaign measurement. The DCM is the primary coordination point across internal cross-functional teams. DCMs work directly with client and partner contacts on campaigns, under the overall direction of the client and/or the client’s internal account management teams.
