2025 Internship - Program ManagementDescriptionJOB SUMMARY:The Program Management Engineering Intern will work directly with the Program Manager/Assistant Program Manager Engineering, assisting with management of new aircraft program development; including, transition into production. Collaborates and partners with a team composed of multiple disciplines and suppliers to ensure the development program meets performance requirements as well as customer expectations. Assists in managing the schedules and budget performance of the development program.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists in the implementation of New Product & Service Introduction (NP&SI) process for the new aircraft development program.

Coordinate the tasks of multiple internal disciplines and outside suppliers. Assists in supporting a cross functional team responsible for schedule and budget development and performance.

Assists in managing an integrated, cross-functional team assigned to the development program. Coordinates efforts of representatives from various disciplines specifically assigned to the development program.

Help prepare and maintain program status and metrics to assist the Program Manager in developing the overall program updates for management and external audiences including customers, suppliers, FAA and others.

Assists in preparation for reviews on the overall development program for the Senior Leadership Team.

QualificationsEDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Aviation, Aircraft Management, Engineering, or related field

QUALIFICATIONS:

Professional and diplomatic demeanor

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Customer experience required

Outstanding computer skills including Microsoft Office

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline

Skills in Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office suite software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
