Job Title: Maintenance EngineerJob DescriptionThe person will be responsible for assisting with reactionary maintenance, proactive maintenance, and installs of new equipment. The team will work on maintaining and repairing injection molding machines, conveyor systems, hydraulic pumps, and hoses. They will troubleshoot PLCs using ladder logic, perform electrical maintenance on 480V systems, and maintain pneumatic systems by replacing filters, checking for leaks, and lubricating seals. The role also involves maintaining chiller and air dryer systems, as well as performing welding and fabrication tasks.Hard Skills
Maintenance on injection molding machines
Conveyor Maintenance, repair, and belt replacements
Hydraulics – troubleshoot, repair pumps, repair hydraulic hoses, clamps
PLC troubleshooting – ability to use ladder logic to debug machine
Repair and maintenance on robotics – 6 axis robotics
Follow LOTO procedures
Electrical Maintenance – 480V, Schematic Reading, Rewiring, Pulling wire
Pneumatic – replace filters, check for leaks, repair/replace cylinders, lubricate seals, replace seals
