Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Part Time Hiring Partner to join on of our clients in Glendale, KY. In this role you will be the primary interview for potential candidates for the clients hourly production roles. You will conduct up to 18 interviews per day, scoring their answers to a series of predetermined questions provided by manufacturing leadership. This candidate will need strong documentation of the answers given as well as the scores determined for the individuals. The scores this Hiring Partner assigns will play a large role on if the potential candidates are hired. This person will work Monday-Friday (8:00-5:00) every other week and one Saturday a month.
