3rd shift: Mon-Fri 10pm-6amOvertime may be required based on business needsPrincipal Responsibilities:Design, program, and maintain PLC systems in accordance with corporate standardsDevelop and support HMI applications for manufacturing equipmentTroubleshoot complex equipment and automation issues to determine root causes and implement corrective actionsModify PLC programs and interface communications with industrial devicesDiagnose and resolve issues with vision systems, including Cognex and KeyenceTroubleshoot and maintain servo drive systems, particularly Rexroth and Siemens platformsCollaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to improve equipment performance and reliabilitySupport mechanical troubleshooting and assist with general maintenance tasks as neededIdentify programming issues and communicate findings to Controls EngineersProvide feedback to Engineering on recurring issues and opportunities for system improvementsMaintain a proactive approach to learning new technologies and improving technical skillsProficient in troubleshooting, repairing and/or replacing different type of sensors, machine safety systems and measurement systems and devices like Kistlers Proficient in basic programming, manipulating, maintaining and troubleshooting robotics, with emphasis on FANUC robots.
