This is a great opportunity that will allow you to work on innovative projects that offer advancement and growth while helping protect our national security.Intermediate Level Responsibilities: Install, administer, support, and maintain server hardware, peripherals, software, and operating systems. Support Active Directory Management; Systems Center Management; Messaging Management; Clustering Services; Backup and Restoration.  Create, update, and maintain SOPs and knowledge management solutions for continuity and training Provide Tier II-III system/desktop support. Assist in developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining disaster recovery plans. Manage data backups of servers and equipment configurations per recovery guidelines. Implement patch remediation on systems to ensure network security and compliance with Cybersecurity guidelines and regulations. Create, update, and maintain databases required for mission-related functions. Support migration efforts to cloud-based environments including integration of new technologies, decommissioning of existing hardware, and documentation. Senior Level Responsibilities: All Intermediate responsibilities.   Provide daily supervision and direction to personnel across the Network Team. Provide training and mentorship to technicians, helping them develop their skills and knowledge. Manage, coordinate, and track work across the Network Team. Maintain overall responsibility for the System delivery team. Troubleshoot systems connectivity problems, including monitoring the network and servers for problems, diagnosing problems, and taking the appropriate corrective measures to ensure an expedient resolution. Install, administer, support, and maintain server hardware, peripherals, software, and operating systems. Collect and review network utilization data for capacity and planning purposes. Assist in developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining disaster recovery plans. Interface with vendors for procurement & maintenance of all IT infrastructures. Support the development and delivery of training sessions to ensure staff understand network resources. Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
