Take part in a strategic, high-volume fast-paced environment

Develop engagement and marketing strategies for new products or services

-Correspondence via email with clients and customers -Phone calls-incoming and outbound-Data Entryhigh volume-Excel spreadsheet usage and various CRM/Database usage

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders sales, marketing, and account management teams to aid in enhancing customers' experiences

Use collected information to identify gaps and recommend strategies to heighten customer experience metrics

Record, monitor, and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction using various forms of communication including phone calls and email correspondence

Requirements

Proven candidates who possess strong interpersonal, customer service, and communications skills, including remarkable listening capabilities

Advanced business writing skills, including the use of email correspondence

-Prior Customer Service and/or Sales experience is a must -Problem solving skills, pivoting to assist customers as needed-Prior Data Entry skills is a must

Proven ability to collaborate with others is essential, as well as strong project management and problem-solving expertise

Proven ability to interpret and analyze data to enhance customers' experiences

Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software (CRM)
