We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions that are focused on "heart of the business" issues across client organizations. Using deep sector knowledge and program management skills, we work alongside our clients to implement industry leading practices and manage their most important projects.Work you'll do This individual will work on the PMO for a large, complex systems integration project. The PMO Analyst will support the PMO Lead and project team with core project management functions. The individual will be required to communicate with the PMO Lead and project team on a regular basis. This role is responsible for maintaining best practices and processes for; project initiation and planning, estimation and budgeting, project monitoring and controlling, vendor management, risk management, timely issue resolution, schedule management, stakeholder management, requirements management, change control management, quality management, high-level understanding of document content management, and Risk, Issues, Action items and Decisions Management.Responsibilities:

Maintain compliance with and educate others on the PMO processes and procedures run by the PMO team.

Responsible for supporting project status reporting including Service Level Agreement reporting, Project Health Metrics, Risk, Issue, Decision and Action Item management.

Responsible for all aspects of deliverable management including oversight of the deliverable lifecycle, quality assurance reviews, and facilitation of deliverable review meetings with clients and project partners, as required or needed. Work with all stakeholders and project leadership to optimize the deliverable lifecycle and processes as needed.

Develop and maintain plans for project management office, communications, risk management, change control, procurement, training, quality assurance, documentation, and compliance audits.

Develop and maintain the high-level program schedules, detailed work breakdown schedules, and time/cost/resource estimates.

Develop issue/risk documents, impact analysis, change controls, acceptance and sign-off documents.

Review high-level deliverables across projects and programs in an ongoing manner.

QualificationsRequired:

Bachelor's degree required

4+ years of work experience required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Ability to travel 25% or more based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

Understanding of service delivery and project life cycles especially for government clients.

Project planning, schedule management, and delivery skills.

Experience resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely manner.

Ability to absorb new concepts quickly.

Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Customer centric focus in task completion.

Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment.

In-depth, hands on knowledge of Microsoft product suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).

Working knowledge of SharePoint and Team
