OverviewGovCIO is currently hiring for Manager to lead HUD IOO Program Management Office. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring successful onboarding, offboarding, deliverables, communications, financial management and subcontract management. You will act as a mentor and guide to PMO staff, helping them accomplish the required task and grow the staff in their professional career. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to the program team. This position is fully remote and within the United States..Responsibilities
Onboarding / Off boarding process
Well defined process including security, subcontracts, GFE, PIV
Implement processes for smooth onboard/off board
Deliverables
Work with project teams to produce the deliverables on time
Work with HUD IV&V team for acceptance of deliverables
Communication
Plan and prepare for once a month all hands meeting
Monthly Newsletter
Subcontracts Management
Ensuring subK are executed, funding updates, all subcontractors are in SKMM/RAMP and signing their timesheets
PMO Team management
Leadership to GovCIO PMO staff
Manage PMO teams like Asset Management, Quality Management
QualificationsBachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)Required Skills and Experience
5 years project management experience
