You'll provide hands-on CNA/STNA care in Georgetown, Ohio, supporting residents with personal care, mobility, vital signs, daily living activities, documentation, and communication with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team.You'll apply your CNA/STNA skills to provide compassionate daily care, support residents' quality of life, collaborate with nurses and fellow caregivers, and follow established care procedures in a team-oriented long-term care environment.Work Schedule: Day, Evening, and Night Shifts AvailableKey ResponsibilitiesRecord vital signs and report patient care, condition, progress, or concerns to nursing staff.Assist residents with individualized daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, standing, walking, exercising, mobility, and incontinence care while supporting nutritional needs in accordance with established care plans.the Charge Nurse.Provide basic emotional and psychological support to residents and families.Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant physical environment.Follow facility procedures and perform related activities as assigned or requested.If you do your best work in an environment where the team is as invested as you are, this role was built for that.
