Completes Inpatient orders accurately and in a timely manner. Manages inventory well. Sustains adequate inventory of controlled and non-controlled drugs. Documents drug transactions accurately. Demonstrates accountability and responsibility with Pharmacy equipment and software. Oversees third party reimbursement and coverage for Outpatient prescriptions consistent with insurances, regulatory agencies and hospital policy. Required SkillsMinimum Education: High School Graduate or equivalent. Required ExperienceMinimum Work Experience: Problem solving, customer service and reception duties, preferable in a clinical setting.
