Description We are in search of an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the non-profit sector in Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and primarily involves customer service, data entry, and administrative duties. This is a short term temporary role, but RH could assist in finding additional office opportunities once this position wraps! Apply today to be considered. Responsibilities: Act as the frontline of customer service, addressing residents' queries and providing necessary forms Handle incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries and ensuring residents receive necessary documents Receive and appropriately file completed forms from residents Provide information on various housing and support programs to residents as required Take and manage maintenance requests, assist residents with form completion and ensure follow-ups on maintenance requests Assist with recording and reporting housing data, document filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks Maintain confidentiality and tactfully handle residents' personal information Conduct extensive face-to-face customer service and phone work Manage both paper and digital files efficiently Utilize skills in Data Entry, Superior Customer Service, Paper Filing, Digital Files, Fair Housing, and Authorization Processes.Requirements Proficient in Data Entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to provide Superior Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships Experience in Paper Filing, organizing and maintaining physical documents efficiently Skilled in managing Digital Files, including storage, organization, and retrieval of digital documents Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and principles, applying them in administrative tasks Understanding of Authorization Processes, able to navigate and manage various authorization protocols Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for administrative work Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being capable of working independently Demonstrated problem-solving skills, able to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
