Description Robert Half is looking for a Bilingual HR Administrator. The HR Administrator will focus on key HR functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and other HR-related administrative tasks. This role ensures that employees receive a seamless experience throughout their employment lifecycle, from the initial onboarding process to managing benefits enrollment and changes. The HR Administrative Specialist will also provide support to the HR team with a variety of HR-related projects and initiatives. Bilingual in Spanish (fluent in speaking, reading, and writing) required.Key Responsibilities:Onboarding:
Coordinate and manage the new employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for all new hires.
Prepare and distribute new hire documents, including offer letters, benefits information, and company policies.
Guide new employees through the onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork is completed and submitted on time.
Schedule and facilitate new hire orientation sessions, including introductions to the company culture, HR policies, and benefits programs.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other company-sponsored benefits.
Act as a liaison between employees and benefits providers to answer questions and resolve issues related to benefits enrollment, eligibility, and claims.
Coordinate benefits enrollment during open enrollment periods and assist employees with making informed decisions about their benefits options.
Maintain up-to-date benefits records in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
Employee Leave Management:
Administer employee leave of absence requests, including FMLA, short-term disability, and personal leave.
Work closely with employees and managers to ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations related to leave.
Track leave balances and maintain accurate records of all leave-related data.
HR Administration Support:
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing HR documents, and assisting with HR-related projects.
Maintain HR files and databases in an organized and efficient manner.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports as needed.
Other Duties:
Assist with employee engagement and retention programs, including surveys and recognition programs.
Support HR initiatives related to performance management, employee training, and development programs.
Assist with the implementation of new HR technologies and tools to improve process efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in Human Resources or HR administration, with a focus on employee onboarding, benefits, and administrative functions.
Experience with HRIS systems and benefits management is preferred.
Special Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with HRIS platforms and other HR-related software is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
