Partners with business and industry leaders to develop talent employment strategies that align with business needsProvides leadership and direction of staff support and resources to ensure successful project deliverables of workforce services contractPartners with Project Director to identify system and process improvement opportunities that builds organizational capacityIdentifies potential business development opportunities and referral sources to achieve increased job placement levelsEnhances organization visibility and brand through professional networks and organizations that foster collaborative partnershipsGains an understanding of key business initiatives, performance evaluations and budget resources to ensure implementation and delivery of servicesCoordinates networking and strategic recruitment initiatives to support business customer and connect job seekers to employment opportunitiesDemonstrates sound judgment in ensuring compliance and administering policies and proceduresServes on work groups and manages special projects and assignments as requiredProvides effective training and support and supervises staff performanceCoordinate Work Experience onboarding and submit required participant data to temp agency.Follow up with temp agency to ensure onboarding is completed accurately and timely.Monitor weekly timesheets and ensure participant and supervisor approvals are completed by payroll deadlines.Assist worksite supervisors with timesheet procedures issues.Submit all new worksites and new positions at existing worksites to temp agency with required documentation.Complete and process temp agency change forms for participant terminations and updates.Maintain accurate work experience records, documentation, and communication with employers, participants, and staff.Ensure compliance with work experience policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.Other duties as assigned
