The team handles a large volume of outbound mail that needs to be sent out timely every day. As a supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and work closely with the team lead. You will assist with managing workload, ensuring targets are met in a timely fashion and assist the team trouble shoot any issuesJob Responsibilities:

Process time sheets and payroll.

Monitor team activity.

Maintain order in the work room.

Responsible for disciplinary action.

Be ready to work hands on to meet deadlines

Assist with hiring new team members

Requirements:

1-2 years of leadership experience

Excellent communication skills

Time management skills

Must be over 18 years of age

Must have a GED equivalent at a minimum

Must pass a background check
