Description: Managing multiple full mechanical construction projects Maintaining and monitoring general conditions, work scope and specifications of project contract/subcontracts– before, during and upon completion of project. Collaborating with field labor supervision to plan, organize and schedule project work and assure compliance with state and federal licensing agencies. Creating project schedule of values, project budget, and cost code schedule. Ensuring proper safety policy and methods are utilized on assigned projects in conjunction with our company Safety Director and stated policy. Effectively purchasing materials, equipment and subcontracts and maintaining on-going controls and records.Skills:Project management, Construction, procore, construction management, commercial constructionAdditional Skills & Qualifications: Proven project management skills with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management with full mechanical contracting or related construction firms. Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering degree preferred Experience with large commercial and industrial projects is highly desirable. Proficiency with software tools including Procore, Microsoft Office, Autodesk and other related software tools.
