Window Cleaning Technician (Full Time)

Specific Responsibilities:
· Clean windows as well as, offer service in one or more of the following categories as business needs arise: roof cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, surface cleaning, etc.
· Explain and offer additional services to customers
· Use materials efficiently
· Adequately stock company vehicle(s) daily
· Make sure company vehicle(s) are cleaned and maintained as needed; report any issues to team leader immediately
· Review daily work orders and their specific instructions prior to leaving the shop each day, asking questions as needed for clarification
· Complete all paperwork or forms in software programs as requested
· Carry out other tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
· Previous experience is a plus, but no experience is necessary – we will train the right person!
· Must be available day shift, Monday—Friday, as well as some overtime and weekends as business needs dictate
· Must possess physical stamina, including being physically able to lift/carry/load ladders
· Must be comfortable with heights, including willing and able to climb and work up to 32’ on a ladder
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Because at least half of a Window Cleaning Tech’s work is done outside, some exposure to inclement weather is unavoidable at times
· Must be self-motivated and prepared to show up on time, every day
· Professional appearance – we would much rather you ask if you aren’t sure than show up for work dressed inappropriately (the only stupid questions are those not asked)
· Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
· Professional demeanor at all times while on the job
