RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire an Agile Coach in Louisville, Kentucky (KY).

Responsibilities include:
Helps the team work together efficiently to achieve a common goal
Agile Coach will demonstrate appreciation of the depths of agile practices and principles and helps the teams appreciate them
Teaches, mentors, and coaches' teams in Agile practices while building a culture where Agile teams can thrive
Agile Coach trains leaders and teams at all levels of the organization to set Agile strategy and help them understand and articulate the benefits of working Agile
Creates and drives a work environment with focus on continuous improvement, broad collaboration, and alignment between teams and stakeholders
Aims to both transfer their knowledge and enthuse team members to try new approaches and techniques
Agile Coach leads large scale Agile transformations and complex Agile delivery
Partners with key stakeholders and senior leadership in constructing the foundation necessary for transforming from a waterfall or partial scrum framework to a Lean Agile framework
Partners closely with roles such as Portfolio Leads, Product Management, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers and Scrum Masters to establish lean agile routines and practices that include but are not limited to: Kanban management, Scaled Agile Value Stream Mapping, DevOps, and automation
Agile Coach teaches, facilitates, collaborates, and mentors teams on all things Agile, helping to bring best practices into the organization
Provides knowledge and expertise around Lean Agile processes while coaching key roles in the organization to be self-sufficient in day-to-day operations, practices, and coaches for enterprise-wide transformation

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree; In lieu of degree, equivalent industry experience may be considered
Scrum Master certified (CSM)
5+ years of experience acting as an Agile Coach in a fast-paced technology-based environment
Must have deep knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework, Lean, and Product Development Flow principles in their enterprise context
Experience with Agile: Has deep knowledge of Agile principles and the ability to transfer that knowledge to new and evolving environments
Experience with large scale software delivery and/or Agile transformation at scale in large enterprise organizations
Experience in facilitation, training, and public speaking
Experience in coaching and training within the agile framework (portfolio, program, and team)
Working knowledge of product lifecycle processes and deliverables
Shows proficiency in relevant programming languages
Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize and relate with those new to the Agile methodology
Working knowledge of Application Lifecycle and Agile Management tools
Possesses strong leadership skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring others and has experience in coaching Agile
Believes in and thrives in a culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust across team
