Title: Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Duration: 6 months

Location: Brooks, KY 40109

Work Schedule would be day shift, flexible with exact start and end times, but somewhere around 8 am-5 pm.

Pay rate: $20.96/hr.

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Director of Process and Continuous Improvement, the Coordinator of Continuous Improvement will be supporting activities that will improve processes across all operational departments within ICS.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Conducts the investigation of defects (or Deviations) relating to Operations errors throughout the network.

Participates in the root cause analysis of defects and works with departments to develop training and process changes to eliminate errors.

Investigates internal inventory discrepancies and works with appropriate teams to ensure corrective transactions are completed when necessary.

Performs related duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Associate degree required.

1+ years of directly related and progressively responsible experience

Quality improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and/ or Kaizen experience.

Excellent oral and written communication.

Ability to maintain knowledge associated with ICS Inc. operations.

Strong analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as the latest versions of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
