We are looking for a Electrical Systems Manager, an electrical engineer, out of our Paducah, KY location who is responsible for general management and decision making concerning overall electrical systems for vessel and power grids for facilities.What you will be doing:Managing the direction of the Engineering department along with electrical and controls needs of the vessels and facilities.Analytical and problem solving Maintaining a high level of safety support, specifically through safety observations, evaluations, and auditsMaintaining a knowledge of current and new technologiesAssuring proper documentation of electrical work doneAttending routine staff, Overhaul, ISAFE & project progress meetingsSourcing parts for projects and overhauls/supervises daily shore side or running vessel repairsCoordinating and directing vendors and Ingram associates during the process of electrical repair or installExperience with installation of automated control processes of electrical and mechanical equipmentMaintaining logs, records, drawings and other documentsReviewing invoices from overhauls and general electrical repairAssuring essential documentation from vessel repairs are maintainedHelping with training of chief and junior engineers
