Manages the invoice and bill paying processes including ensuring that vendors are paid timely

Purchases items with a P-card and maintaining related files.

Tracks and prepares invoices for Executive Director final approval.

Maintains records of procurement transactions and vendors.

Works with Quickbooks to enter payment records and journal entries.

Assists with submitting and maintaining contract documents to the Office of State Procurement through the ProAct Portal.

Maintains contract files and assists with monitoring payments, contract caps, and contract renewal timeframes.

Time and Attendance, Payroll, Travel Manages the time and attendance process including maintaining and entering timesheet records and creating payroll reports for the Executive Director’s final approval. Oversees the travel expense reimbursements functionCoordinates with the Executive Director on benefits management, including accuracy of deductions and submittal of benefits withholdings to the proper accountsMail Operations Oversees and manages mail operations for the Commission. Remote Sellers Commission Prepares minutes for Commission meetings.
