The Arts Apartments at Jefferson Heights in Baton Rouge has an immediate need and is actively seeking a Maintenance Technician
Duties:
Prepare units to move-in ready condition
Performs various community maintenance functions
Responds to resident service requests and issues
Maintain activity log
Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager
Requirements:
Assist with on-call responsibilities
Apartment make ready experience
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
HVAC certification
