Description Robert Half Management Resources is currently partnered with a well-established organization in the public sector to source for a Billing Director role. This role will be responsible for overseeing the billing operations of the organization, as well as a sizable team of support staff to ensure that all billing, accounting, and financial processes are carried out accurately. This individual will also be involved with analysis of financial data, performing internal audits and process assessments, monitoring revenue streams, and producing financial reports, while also promptly addressing any issues or discrepancies relating to invoicing and payment.Additionally, the ideal candidate will have prior experience with developing, implementing, and continuously improving billing procedures, ensuring that all billing transactions comply with the company's policies and legal requirements and managing relationships with customers in a B2C Collections environment.
