Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team at Property Soar. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with clients.Responsibilities:Answer and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.Assist clients with property inquiries, scheduling appointments, and general administrative tasks.Provide clients with accurate information about available properties and services.Process customer requests and ensure follow-up.Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.Assist with office duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
